Do you have offices? Are you offering salaries?
If not, it kind of seems like you're misrepresenting yourself. This place is flooded with kids pretending to have "companies" that are pretending to "hire" people. Are you one of these kids? If not, I suggest you differentiate yourself by posting some details in your job posting that are more in line with what a typical employer includes.
I think you need to show that you have the right to be tempting other people to work "in the industry".

If you're an employer looking to hire salary or wage employees, you should go through the official job listings. If you're recruiting for a hobbyist, profit-share, etc... then you need to post in Help Wanted, making sure that you follow the posted guidelines for a recruitment post.
