Can you walk around Meshes as if they were BSP geometry?

Chris is sortof right .

The reason me and a few other PR users wanted invisible BSPs is so that we could walk around in our meshes.

But you do have to be careful. Since there is no visibility info, its going to draw the WHOLE mesh every frame. If you have a large level, that can be a problem.

You can avoid that by having the level be in segments and swapping them in and out bassed on whether you can see them or not, which works pretty well. You can even swap the inivisible BSPs in and out so that you really have an optimized level.

Unfortunatly BSPs have lightmaps, which meshes do not which makes me REALLY MAD but I don''t want to get into that again.
