why it may hang?

I have a game which I tested several times and working properly on my computers (more than 64MB RAM), but when some users tested my games they found it hang when they exit. I used direct draw and direct sound ... I think the problem is that I forgot to release the direct draw objects... but it worked on my PC. can any one help me?should I release the direct draw objects and the direct sound objects and it will work proberly or should I fix another thing?

Yeah try releasing all your DirectX objects with their
Release() function. This tells windows you don''t need it anymore and it''ll decreases it''s instance count, which releases the object if they are no longer needed. I don''t know what it could be if this isn''t it.
