[SlimDX] - D3DFVF_TEXCOORDSIZE2 ?

Does anyone know the equivalent in SlimDX for [color=#1C2837][size=2]D3DFVF_TEXCOORDSIZE2 which is used in your FVF.
[color=#1C2837][size=2]

[color=#1C2837][size=2]I found this for a size of 3 but cant work out the same for 2 floats.
[color=#1C2837][size=2]

[color=#1C2837][size=2]
VertexFormat TexCoordSize3(int index)
{
return (VertexFormat)(1 << (index * 2 + 16));
}

????

Any help is very much appreciated.
