Direct2D Direct3D Interop problem

I have just started learning SlimDX and I have a requirement where I need to use Direct2D and Direct3D in parallel. So, I have decided to use the Direct2D & Direct3D Interop as described in this link. There is a sample written using C++ & DirectX SDK which can be found here. So, I have converted the sample application using C# & SlimDX.

But I got stuck in between where whenever I try to create the Direct2D render target using DXGI surface which I got from Direct3D10.Texture2D my application does not show anything but when I try to create the render target using backbuffer which I can get from swapchain then it renders all the elements which I have drawn.

I have attached both of the sample application sources with this thread.

I would really appreciate, If anybody can spare some time to point me out the issue with my C# code.
