Shapes in XNA

[font=arial, sans-serif][size=2]I have an idea for a 2d game, but i need shapes that can change dynamicaly. Like amoeabas that can be any shape. In asp.net we have a drawing namespace with classes such as Paths, Points and Pen. With them i can create a shape and convert it to a GIF for example. Is there something similar in XNA?[/font]
