Edge Flickering

I’m trying to find a solution to my edge flickering problem. FXAA fixed the jagged edge issue but now I’m faced with a different type of aliasing. When the camera is slowing to a stop the hard edges of a building (cube) are flickering in and out. This appears to be a pixel precision issue where the edges are moving from one column of pixels to the next and giving a flickering effect.

If I limit the precision of the camera’s position I get stuttering. If I try to add temporal AA -the entire scene is blurred. I’d like to avoid hardware dependency if I can.

How can this be solved?
