Shadow map - Z-Buffer Problem

these images show my problem. I'm working on Frank Luna's samples to make a different Shadow Map.

can any one basically explane the reason of such texture corruption?

can any one help me solve my problem?


the shadow data is stored as alpha channel. the scene is drawn and then the same scene , with shadow as alpha channel is drawn.

the problem is like when I draw an object twice.

disabling the ZBuffer solves the problem but makes some other problems in the shadowmap

transforming scene objects or shadow can't solve the problem for all camera positions
