Long Frames Animation

Hi,

Many times inside game play I need to play some animation that is video like(about 10 to 50 seconds) I am using .Net and DirectX whats the best way to render such animation without ruining the render loop and not using very big images that consume memory to store frames?? Is it Direct Show? any tutorial, advice will be appreciated.
