What is the UDK capable of? How much can you customize your game with UnrealScript?

I'm thinking of making a game in UDK but I just need to know what you can do with it.

Here's a sampling of what the Unreal engine is capable of. :)

Scroll down to the Unreal engine 3 section for more current titles.

Basically, if you can imagine it, you can build it with UDK... and as an added bonus it's pretty nice to work with and is updated often.

UDK and Unreal Engine 3 isn't quite the same thing though, UDK uses UE3 but doesn't give you source access which you get if you buy UE3. You should still be able to make any kind of game you can think of though, (But you can't extend or modify the engine which does prevent you from doing some things, such as incorporating other middleware products)
