VertexArray -> DisplayList issue after Driver update

i have an issue since i updated my Graphics Driver. In some distance an angel the scene isnt visible at all
but when cam is going to another angel the scene is full visible. I have this issue only in a display list object that
wraps a vertex array object.

We had this issue already on a laptop but on no other system yet.

I have a ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT with newest driver.

Is there any other solution to solve this? Edited by Shaarigan
