Well, i wanted to know some details about publishing an indie game on Steam from outside the USA.
I know that it can very different from one country to another and it depends heavily on the laws of the
origin country of the developers. These are the questions:

1) To publish on Steam in this situation does one have to travel all the way to the Steam headquarters or
is it possible to do it online?
2) Does one have to sign any kind of documents? If so how does this refer to the question before.
3) Opinions, advise, similar situations...

Keep in mind that i only propose Steam because i don't know any other effective publishing service that
will be interested to deal with this kind of situation, if i am mistaken, let me know.

https://partner.steamgames.com/ & http://www.steampowered.com/steamworks/index.php
Here's a FAQ: http://www.steampowered.com/steamworks/FAQ.php
And a getting started guide: http://www.steampowered.com/steamworks/gettingstarted.php

A little google-fu will do great things ;) Good luck on releasing your game.

Thanks, but i already checked these links.
They don't answer any of my questions, after all they are just
covers to inform and attract potential clients.
To get into details one must contact with steam directly.
And is implied that one must contact with steam only when the
game is already in the beta phase.
Anyways, i wanted information about the publishing process specifically from a
foreign country not about the publishing on steam in general.

1) No, you don't necessarily need to travel to their headquarters. It is often better to do some business in person, but it is not strictly required.
2) Yes, there are many legal documents to be signed. Generally these can be faxed and countersigned, but otherwise you can use fedex or even the regular mail service.
3) I like pizza and the colors lavender and aqua, be wise, and not really.

1) No. You can do it in person, if you wish, but many choose not to.
2) Yes, there are quite a few we had to sign in the process. For specifics, please contact Steamworks directly with your inquiries.
3) Impulse, for one.
