I am in a company where we develop a Flash game for educational use. I have been working with php and c++ for many years but i am quite new to game-development.
The important topic here is that we want to manage a rather large amount of users and monitor their use of the game. We have decided to make the backend in Drupal and interface it with flash through AMF. On the long track we want to use the backend to create/manage multiple and different games. Does this type of setup seem reasonable? How does others do it? What are the alternatives?
