Im looking for a book because learning an API and not knowith the matsh its seems weird to me. A lof of things that i see i just cant get them unless i dig in deep and i see a transformation or something.

Im in between these 2 books.

and

http://www.amazon.com/Mathematics-Programming-Computer-Graphics-Third/dp/1435458869/ref=ntt_at_ep_dpt_1

I just don't want to start the wrong way so i need an advice.

I'd recommend either of these 2.

I went for Mathematics for 3D Game Programming and Computer Graphics, Third Edition, because its also API independent.

Because i cant learn C++at the moment as we use Java at school i want to focus at maths and it seems that i did the right thing. Learning maths is always good but not allways easy and i belive any time while you are developer you will need some maths.

Im planing to start using more OpenGL during semster break and during the summer.
