Hi guys,

i could find any good website, where the main differences are listened: At least HLSL has a page where intrinsic functions etc are listed with their parameters and return values but i couldn't find something equivalent for GLSL.

Do you know any page where the differences are listed? Something like:
glsl : atan(y,x) = hlsl :atan2(x, y)

thank you very much

You can find the documentation on OpenGL's website, which is http://www.opengl.org/
The documents are in the menu, OpenGL Shading Language and then download OpenGL 3.3 & GLSL

or select menu, then Specification http://www.opengl.org/documentation/specs/
and download the spec file for one of the GLSL versions.

In addition to what has been suggested I can also recommend downloading the official OpenGL Quick Reference Cards directly from Khronos. There's a complete list of everything (API + GLSL), with parameters.
For example http://www.khronos.org/files/opengl42-quick-reference-card.pdf (other versions have similar URLs, google them up, similarly for even OpenCL)
