Which language? I'm guessing C/C++?

If so, there's no such thing as a UINT32 as far as the language is concerned -- it's up for the user of the language to invent such a thing, e.g. by writing typedef unsigned int UINT32;

If you've been using such a type without inventing it yourself, you've probably been getting it from the header files of a library that you're using.

What language is this ?

UINT32 is not a valid type in C++, since it is uppercase it would most likely be a macro so if you have used it previously it was defined in a header you included.

Edit: Bah hodg beat me.
