Alpha Blending problem

I am using AlphaBlend_Add to do this transparency. (Doing this in DirectX 11)

If you look at Image1 than you will see that i can see segments in the Cylinder (i am making the cylinder using segments so that stretching if the texture doesn't happen)


if you look at image2 at this angle, the segments are properly getting blended in the background. Mind you i have not changed anything but simply rotated around the cylinder to get the segments to blend. The segments always blend at this particular view angle.

Can you please tell me what the problem is and What i am doing wrong. I am simply sending the color value to Pixel Shader as it is and not doing any kind of lighting effect.
