[dx9] X Mesh and normal mapping HLSL

Hi all,

I am using directx X mesh for my scene level and my characters(skinned mesh),
How can i apply normal mapping to .X mesh 3d models?
i cannot seem to find a sample that applies normal mapping to 3d models loaded from file such as .x file.

Perhaps my real question is;
How to get the tangent and binormal values from an .x 3d model?
was it included during the export or it will be computed in the code?


by the way, my friend (who is the 3d artist and modeler) is using 3ds max and Panda exporter for exporting the image.

If you have any link or sample that shows how to apply normal map with directx .x mesh, please give me smile.png if there aint any,
Could you guys show me the steps on how to apply normal mapping on an X mesh?
