Transformation matrices?

What is the normal procedure for obtaining the following matrices in my program so i can perform coordinate transformations?
1.) World Matrix
2.) View Matrix
3.) Projection Matrix

Hm what do you mean?

World matrix ist the matrix that transforms the model vertices to the position/rotation/scale at the point the model is rendered (i.e the world)
View matrix then transforms these vertices into camera space, that means after the transformation (0,0,0) will be where the camera is at.
Projection matrix is set up once for the camera/viewport and transform the camera space into screen space. Usually (-1,-1) is the top left of the screen and (1,1) the bottom right.
