Anything to add to this code snippet? (Bounding radius)

D3DXFrameCalculateBoundingSphere(m_pMesh->GetFrameRoot(), &p_vCenter, &radius);

D3DXCreateBox(g_pDevice, fabs((p_vCenter.x+radius)-p_vCenter.x-radius),
&mesh, NULL);

Just can't see the box to show up.
Any comments?
