Nope. Android provides OpenGL ES ( 1 or 2, depending on version ), while SFML using full OpenGL and depends on some functionality that isn't available on ES. There was some talk of an unofficial port, but I don't know what ever happened to it.

I'm pretty sure that support for OpenGL ES is planned, but it's going to be a while before it's actually supported. After some digging in the SFML forums it seems like it's something planned to get done after the release of SFML 2.0.
