ok this is what i want todo , i want to update this


uMsgBox.cpp

in uMsgBox.rc i have

STRINGTABLE

IDS_STRING1 "Value1"
IDS_STRING2 "Value2"
IDS_STRING3 "Value3"
}



now uMsgBox compiled exe is a resource to another program , ive got that program to Find the resource and write the exe data to the file no problem , but how would i update uMsgBox strings from this external app, I believe there is functions such as UpdateResource but i don't know how to go about using it for strings of another exe?
