Given OpenGL uses a 16 bit pattern and an integer multiplier to define the line stipple, how would I create a pattern that doesn't fit evenly into the 16 bits? Something like 2 pixels on and 1 pixel off. 0x36DB (11011011011011) is close but the 1's on the end wrap around so that every so often there are 4 pixels on.
