OpenGL Windows 8 RT and DirectX

I'm starting a new longer project at the moment.. because i don't want to work with opengl, i'm looking for informations about directx support on windows rt (arm) systems. are there any specifications yet? Can i use custom shaders or just something like the prebuild shaders of xna on wp7? which shader model is supported? will there be a slimDX version for RT. What about dotNet and/or native c++ on this devices?
