I use CEGUI to do my demo ui, and i found that CEGUI use String to identity a type, like Event.(clicked...)
I was wondering why use string, because compare two string is a little slower when find it in a map.

Why not just use int, enum or some other [font=arial, sans-serif][size=1]mechanism?[/font]
