Need some help with XNA farseer physics

[font=Verdana, sans-serif]I am making a little top down game in XNA and I cant seem to get a good system down for detecting collisions between different types of sprites. I am using farseer physics, I read their docs, and I cant seem to get a good collision detection system down.[/font]
