You can take any modelling/rendering tool. Take a look at the really good and free blender, import your model, adjust your render setting, choose a orthogonal camera from an isometric perspective and render it. You can setup multiple camera to ease the recording efforts.
I have seen a couple tools on forums such as the Irrlicht forums.

I've had quite a few gfx people recommend SpriteForge for doing this kind of thing (has a free version)
