This is pretty interesting, do you do custom orders? Could I purchase a custom model and still get the deal?

Sounds interesting. I don't have a lot of money for content, so it could be a good starter for a demo. Three questions:
1. Are the prices in USD?
2. Does the deal work on an "equal or lesser value" basis? May affect which package I buy first.
3. Do any of the buildings have rigging, e.g. doors?
