I found this page for Google Play but not sure if its what your looking for.

I went here:

https://play.google....tore/apps?hl=en

Then there is a developers link that goes here:

http://developer.and...bute/index.html

and then this link here:

https://play.google.com/apps/publish/

That looks like the webstore and takes a crx which to me means webstore, facebook games take an iframe and I was thinking the google plus games would do the same.
See like here is angry birds
https://plus.google.com/games/play/971508122032

I dont think thats some kind of crx because it works in firefox as well.

found this:

http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/53022/google-sites-for-hosting-my-game-issue-tracking.html

which led me to this:

you can also use gadgets. When editing a page, click INSERT > MORE... choose GAMES to search thru the directory.

In the insert gadget menu, search for "iframe"
