Texture blurring

When i view my texture mapped quad from a very acute angle, the image becomes blurred opposed to when i look at the image directly.

As shown in these 2 images ->

I have things tried like GL_NEAREST and other texenvi's but to no change.

Ah ok, i was woundering the name of this problem. I managed to implement it flawlessly and without noticeable performance loss, perhaps because it is a relatively small project.

Also, i saw that game Gnoblins, if you developed that game then i am envious and jelous at the same time.
