OpenGL Unnormalized texture coordinates

Is there any way to use in direct3d 11 HLSL texture objects where coordinates are varying from [0..image_size_in_pixels]? Like GL_TEXTURE_RECT in openGL?

The texture object's Load() method takes unnormalized integer coordinates. Note that this functionality is only available in shader model 4 and higher. Edited by Nik02
