beginner's questions

hi Guys :D, im new at game programming
i know some basic c++ stuffs like templates,recursion,some basic STL, Binary Tree, linked lists, and some OOP stuffs.
i dont know if im ready or not at game programming

so my questions are :

1. What do i need to know in c++ to start game programming?
2. I did search in google and found too many references to start out, which u guys suggest to start out? The list i found are :

-OpenGL
-Ogre3D
-SDL

(if what u suggest is/are not listed , please add it)

3. Do you know any ebook / introduction/ tutorial related with what u suggest from question 2?

1. Java, C# are suitable for games as well. I haven't seen a single lag-free game which uses these languages, therefore I wouldn't choose them, but that's just my opinion.

2. OpenGL and DirectX are graphics APIs. While Ogre3D, SDL, Allegro are simply libraries which make use of APIs and help you create something easier (could say they're engines).
