hi,
i wanto develop social game ,but i dont decide to which database i should use .
Document base databases are very popular nowadays .RDMS or Key Value ?

You didn't really supply much information. What language are you using? What type of social game is it? The only database I can think of offhand is MySQL.

For a "social game" I would recommend something browser based.

I'd recommend that you just go with a good free relational database such as PostgreSQL to start with since it works well enough for virtually anything and it is reasonably easy to switch to another SQL database if necessary.
