Passing a cubemap as the samplerCUBE parameter in my fragment program

I'm using CG to code a simple cubeMap for a reflective shader. Does anyone know how to use one of the cgGLsetParameter functions or the cgGLSetTextureParameter() function to specify data to pass as the samplerCUBE parameter in my fragment program?
