What is this cable for?

6 posts in this topic

I bought playstation 3 video cable on eBay, but I received wrong cable and seller refuses to return money. So I am asking, what is this cable for, so that I could sell it to others and maybe get my money back. I guess it is for some kind of console, but I can't find which one.

Here is the picture of it https://pbs.twimg.co...alSz.jpg:medium

Thanks in advance!

Maybe I've just been on the Internet for too many years, but I really expected a goatse picture at the other end of that strangely non-descriptive URL.

Oh, right, the question. No idea.

Tell them you'll give them poor feedback and then complain to ebay/paypal. They favor buyers much more than sellers, and even if the seller won't give you money back you should get your money back from them.

edit: I also have no idea what it's for. Edited by way2lazy2care

It looks like a connection cable for the Nintendo Gamecube controller...

If not, it looks Nintendo related. Possibly 64?

And another thing, what in the heck is he doing mixing up a cable like that with a video cable? [ . _ . ] Edited by SherrelE

I'd suggest contacting the seller again, show them the photo this time, and tell them - politely - what kind of cable it is they sent you. This may have just been an honest mistake, and if the seller is in any way kosher they should welcome the opportunity to put things right. If not, then use the formal channels.
