What am I doing wrong???

I can''t get the LoadSkinMeshFromXof function to work right. It''s returning BoneMatrices = empty whenever I call that function, but it works fine with the tiny.x file. I''m using Microsoft SDK X-File exporter (xskinexp.dle) from 3D tudio Max 3. Am I skipping something in 3DSM3 before exporting? Here''s what I''m doing: 1) Run 3D Studio Max 3 2) Draw a box with many segments 3) Add materials to the box 4) Use Edit Mesh modifier to edit the mesh 5) Draw two bones inside the mesh 6) Use Skin modifier to attach the bones to the mesh 7) Animate the bones using the animation 8) Export to X-file using Microsoft SDK X-File Exporter 9) Run my application in debug mode *) LoadSkinMeshFromXof returns empty BoneMatrices Did I skip any steps? Please help.
