Isometric editor

DISCLAIMER: This is not intended as a smart ass response.

Program your own. Creating custom tools is often part of the game creation process. If you can sucessfully create an isometric map editor then you have developed many of the skills you need to program the actual game. As well you will be designing your map/tile structures (or classes) to meet the needs of your game instead of designing your game to meet the specs of someone else's structures, as would be the case if you used someone else's editor.

Some of the code from your editor will be directly reuseable in your game, other parts can be modified/optimized for use in the game.
