Collida Model Loading + Bones + Control Rigs = Fail?

I am desperate. I have spent hours trying to figure this out and nothing.... here is the problem:

  1. We use collida to load our models via C# and SharpDX
  2. I am creating a standard rig and attaching constraints and such to the bones to animate them
  3. Upon export I get errors
  4. When attempting to load the model it says no bones were exported
