I''d praticse OpenGL code first, before attempting anything as complicated as a screensaver, however check my site out at

www.lancs.ac.uk/ug/gilleade

I already have an openGL screensaver online and later today should have my new demo screensaver complete with source code.
Tell me what you think of the screensaver I currently doing some small demos in my spare time before I build my entry for the Apocolyspe contest.
Its online now!
A screen saver is in some (and under Windows) just an EXE-File with the SCR-extension instead of the EXE-extension.
So you can use NeHE''s basecode, modify it to run FullScreen only and to exit on the slightest keyboard or mouse activation.

You can also use some AppWizards for VC++. I can''t tell you where to find those AppWizards, but links should be in the archives of OpenGL.org
