heh.. well technically that was just a primer..
that book doesn''t teach you half of what c++ has to offer..
but if you want to get into game programming go here:

I am almost done with Sam''s Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days : Fourth Edition, and I need to know what C++ book I should read next. Any recommendations?
Now your onto windows programming

Windows Programming from the Ground Up is a good book.

Good luck.

Game programming, you can get lost in number of books on it. You can get go with directx, you can get graphics and sound add-ons or you can go with engines.

PS I am looking or a programmer. At the moment I am using The Game factory - an engine.
