what does 'D3DTS_WORLD1' mean

i want to know the usage of D3DTS_WORLD1, D3DTS_WORLD2 and so on

Yes, they're used for fixed-pipeline vertex blending; something that you very rarely see nowadays (vertex shaders being much more efficient, flexible and having fewer hard limits).  If you're asking what they're needed for you very probably don't need them (and because you should be using shaders these days you definitely don't need them).
