C++ question... I have a pointer thats declared to point to a function. I have a function in a class that has the same return type and parameters, but I can''t assign the function to the pointer because I have to declare the pointer to be able to have functions of that specific class assigned to it. I understand why this is, but is there any way to get around it? Thanks in advance BakaShinji

I hate to say it, but...

RTF(rickin'')M: in this case, The C++ FAQ LITE. It has a nice section on pointers to functions, and your answer''s in there.

The C++ FAQ LITE really is the most useful document i''ve found on C++ issues.

Hope that''s helpful.
