I tried to upvote a post of rip-off's: http://www.gamedev.net/index.php?app=ccs&module=pages§ion=comments&database=1&record=3137&do=findComment&comment_id=36157
However, I get an error saying "There was a problem storing your reputation vote." Is this a bug or do I just not have some permissions/abilities?

I'm still working on this.. It looks like our article comments are using an old system and for some reason were never migrated over to the new system when we upgraded our software. In short, each "application" we have.. (ie. content, journals, gallery, forums) used to have their own implementation of comments. A few versions ago they tried to unite everything under one API but it seems as though the article section continues to use the old approach that isn't tied to the reputation system.
