XNA - Read arrays from file

Hello, i'm working on a simple 2D rpg game, and i've been trying to make so instead of creating an array in a class, i can just load it from a textfile in my "Contents" folder. Something that would be good, is if i could add a switch to generate the textures, for instance:

 

case 'G':

 

Contents.Load<Texture2D>("grass");

 

or something simular?:)

 

Also, if i could add collision, for example a rock?
