Textures becoming transparent as camera approaches

I'm not exactly sure how to describe this issue, but when the camera approaches areas of my scene, the textures become transparent.

When you pan the camera around, the texture returns to normal.

 

Below are images of the problem:

When I disabled GL_TEXTURE_WRAP_S/T calls on all textures, the issue became more visible(The ground)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this problem has been bothering me for a while!

Without seeing any code . The first thing that popped into my head is that something is wrong with texture mipmapping.

Just as web383 mentions. Did you try to disable mipmaps on your textures and see if that still happening.
