SV_VERTEXID in VS_5_0

Hi ALL, I got a error in hlsl VS_5_0

invalid vs_2_0 semantics SV_VERTEXID

what semantics is valid in VS_5_0 as  SV_VERTEXID?

If you're getting a message that says "invalid vs_2_0 semantic", then it sounds like you're compiling your shader with vs_2_0 instead of vs_5_0. SV_VertexID should work fine with a vs_5_0 shader.
