Just recently I finished porting and enhancing Battle Squadron for Windows, Mac and, tata, AmigaOS 4.x (yes, it still exists icon_e_smile.gif ).

Those ports are 100% official, it is a co-op between the original two makers from the old Amiga times and me.
Same game-play like the original Amiga game from 1989, enhanced and polished (for example optional drop-shadows, scanline simulation, achievements, online-scores) while preserving the retro-style.

Of course this small indy-project doesn't pay off in terms of money. But from a coder's perspective, those ports were exceptionally useful to me to get my C++ and highly data-driven framework to another level of portability and feature-richness. This will pay off in the future.
And it was pure fun to support AmigaOS 4 dry.png

And now we got a MorphOS-version as well (MorphOS is another AmigaOS derivate that runs on PowerPC-based Macs (among some other hardware)) smile.png
