Hi, I have a problem regarding DX8 SDK. I tried compiling the SoundFX sample program with Borland C++ 5.5, which went fine, but while linking produced the following error: Error: ''E:\BC55\LIB\DSOUND.LIB'' contains invalid OMF record, type 0x21 (possibly COFF) Since BC55 comes with its own set of DX8 libs and headers, I''m not sure what to do... Could someone please give me a s i m p l e explanation. The way I figure it is that the libs should already be in OMF format, even though COFF2OMF doesn''t produce an error that that is the case... ??
