Hello,

I have started making a 2D space themed RTS for Android, using AndEngine. Imagine Homeworld meets Battlefleet Gothic.

I am planning to blog about things as they happen, explain what algorithms I've used, what design choices I have made etc...

It's not on A* path finding as I said above, I forgot I had already started drafting this post out... A* will be my next one, promise ;-)

 

This one is about adding shooting and formation moving, it also details a battle with Java's Garbage Collector.
