My friends and I want to build a motel and make it a crowed managed motel, by sharing our options and decisions with people whom are willing to contribute minimum amount to start the process.
The idea is simple: we start a game where the players are involved and can influence the outcome.

I think this sounds more like a joke than a real project. It sounds like it has no way of actually functioning (after all, there are laws governing how you can manage a business).

To top it off, you're asking for 3.5 million dollars, which is ridiculous.
